Registration Details and Policies Confirmation

Payment Policy: Payment in full is required not later than fifteen (15) days prior to the workshop to confirm your registration. We accept payment by credit card (VISA/MasterCard) or cheque payable to Wray Group.

Substitutions: Substitution requests must be submitted in writing and require prior approval by Wray Group. We encourage designation of an alternate who may be substituted for an enrolled participant who must cancel; alternates must submit a completed registration form and are often required to do a quick turnaround on pre-work; there is no charge for substitutions.

Transfers: When notified in writing at least 21 days prior to the workshop start date, Wray Group will transfer your enrollment to the next available offering at no charge; transfers made 20-7 days prior to the workshop start date will be charged $250; no transfers will be approved less than 7 days before the workshop start date; thus you will be charged as a cancellation and forfeit the full tuition. Any funds held on account as a result of the transfer will be held for a period of one year from the date of transfer; any unapplied funds after that time will be forfeited. Transferred funds are not eligible for a refund.

Cancellation: Wray Group must make substantial staff and space commitments on participants' behalf prior to the workshop start date. Therefore, if you must cancel your enrollment and have no designated alternate you will be responsible for cancellation fees. Cancellations less than 21 days prior to the workshop start date will incur a charge of one-half the tuition; cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the workshop start date will result in forfeiture of the full tuition. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing.

Wray Group may decide to reschedule or cancel the workshop, giving a minimum of 14 days notice in advance if less than 15 participants have registered. If a workshop is cancelled for any reason, Wray Group’s liability is limited to a full refund of the workshop fee. In the event of a last minute rescheduling difficulty, Wray Group reserves the right to substitute a fully qualified instructor who is not listed in the workshop description.

Discount Policy
Workshop discounts cannot be combined with any other offers. Workshop cancellation voids multi-party and multi-workshop discounts.
