The Wray Performance Window™ for Teams Process
Before the workshop, we guide your team through crucial pre-work to ensure that everyone arrives for the workshop equally and adequately prepared. Through this process, team members identify their Top 5 tasks for the coming period, prioritize them, and confirm them with the team leader or manager. We call this last step achieving vertical alignment.
During the workshop, we introduce the Wray Performance Window™ and help you use it to address your individual Top 5 lists.
You and your team will discuss and understand the following:
- Alignment of priorities across the team (i.e., horizontal alignment)
- How each team member’s Top 5 are reflected in the Wray Performance Window™
- The interdependencies between priorities and between people
- What each team member needs to succeed (i.e., management, peer and resource support)
