Organization improvement is at the top of every leader’s agenda. Few can risk just staying with the status quo. Yet improvement cannot happen without change. But change often means intentionally destabilizing and disrupting the system, which is a difficult task, particularly in turbulent times.  

Strategic, mission-critical changes are typically adaptive rather than technical challenges—only most organizations don’t recognize them as such. The distinction is subtle but significant. Our perspective is that change happens best from the Inside Out. Sure you can have experts come in and prescribe their answers, but these are usually just technical solutions. More often, change and improvement are adaptive challenges that leaders must navigate themselves.

What sets our programs apart is our deep experience and expertise in group facilitation, consulting and coaching.

Professionally, the program has shifted my thinking on several levels; this shift has improved my ability to handle issues, explore solutions and better perform my role. Personally, I have more clarity of purpose to act courageously in support of my values – this too has led to enhanced work performance.
The program gave me the time and space to focus on a key issue that has been holding me back for years. I am thrilled at the progress I have made. No doubt this will help me be more effective in my current role and in the future.
The program as it forced me to think about things that I had otherwise “parked”. Dealing with these issues in a group setting was challenging at first, but now I find the discussions second nature. The length of the program is an added benefit as it is not like going to a day or seminar, with no follow‐up. Overall, I know the program as benefitted me both personally and professionally and I highly recommend it.
